SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Your purchases shall be delivered by us through our third-party logistical partner. You accept and acknowledges that we will undertake to assign a third-party logistics service provider to undertake your delivery from the seller’s place of origin to your doorstep and we have no additional obligation apart from standard delivery obligations and duty of care in terms of the dispatch.

Duration for Shipping and Delivery:

All orders placed through the Platform shall be shipped from the seller’s location and the seller shall undertake to mention the same on the product page which can be viewed during your order. The third-party logistical partner may undertake to provide you with SMS and Email communication on a successful dispatch of the order placed by you with the timeline and duration of the delivery.

We will not be responsible for any such delay in dispatch or delivery which may or may not be due to any Force Majeure events occurring.

All local & hyperlocal deliveries shall take a minimum of 2 day time apart from the date of the confirmation that shall be sent to you by us on the receipt of your order. Please note that our work timings are between 9 AM and 7 PM and we will undertake to deliver all the local orders received between this timeframe on the next working date.

We ship our products all across the country and the same shipment shall be delivered to you within 2 to 8 working days from the date of the receipt of the confirmation from us, by 'Standard Shipping'.

​

You can request for expedited shipping via Express Shipping which delivers in 2 to 4 days. Please review the charges for that during payment & Check Out, according to your delivery location Zone.

We also provide option of Free 'Fresh Pickups' from our manufacturing facility in Noida, U.P. . Timeline for fresh-baked pick ups are ' Order plus 1 Day'. There are no delivery charges for that.

Mode of Shipping and Delivery

All orders placed through the website shall be shipped by the third-party logistics service provider.

We may undertake to sign such agreements with the Third-Party Logistical service provider as may be required to secure the transactions.

 

 

Delivery Charges:

​

The Delivery Charges shall apply to all the orders placed through our Platform.

However, we undertake to provide free delivery for Cookie Kits & all orders above Rs 1000/- exclusive of taxes and delivery charges. We run free delivery promotional offers and campaigns occasionally and we undertake to provide free delivery for the orders placed during this period.

We will undertake to charge the delivery charges based on a number of factors which includes quantity and the location of the buyer. Please note that all the delivery charges shall be displayed on the invoice generated before making the payment.

Note: Delivery is complete when you receive and accept the product and further undertake to make the payments to the invoices (in case of cash on delivery). Please note that the orders cannot be returned to the delivery person after acceptance and payment as they are third party logistics service providers, and we will in no manner be responsible for their acts.
